BB Perakende Mağazacılık Sanayi Tic. A.S. (BB Retail Merchandising Industry Trd. Inc.), established in 2023, entered the luxury retail and fashion sector with its Brooks Brothers brand. Just a year after its launch, the company expanded its brand portfolio by including Ted Baker.

As the licensee for Brooks Brothers, the company is growing its presence by opening stores in Turkey, Northern Cyprus, Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, and Tunisia. Representing the 200-year-old Brooks Brothers brand, which operates 510 stores worldwide, the company currently manages 30 mono-brand stores and nearly 60 sales points.

Starting in 2024, BB Retail Stores Inc. has also obtained the license for the Ted Baker brand, continuing its journey in luxury retail production and sales.
